Lauren & Tim- Rehearsal Dinner

What a fabulous idea this was… for their rehearsal dinner, Lauren & Tim set up a lobster & clambake at the Landing Restaurant in downtown Newport.  With a spectacular view, delicious food, good friends, and a classic New England feel-what else could you possibly need?  I was delighted to capture it all on camera. I even got the chance to venture next door to Aquidneck Lobster Company to see where the meal was coming from, up close and personal, (check out the first photo below) -thanks to the guys who were so great over there! Since Lauren and Tim’s wedding would be held at the Newport Yachting Center, it was only fitting to pair the seafood feast with a nautical theme.  I think these photos offer some amazing inspiration for all the little details you can incorporate to make your rehearsal dinner really unique.  I LOVED the little sailboats and the personalized lobster bibs-what great ideas, Lauren!  I was lucky enough to photograph AND dine… Lauren & Tim, it was so much fun to share a lobster with you guys, thanks for having me.  What a pleasure it was to photograph your family and friends in such an easy laid back atmosphere…
