Patrick & Lex-Blithewold Mansion

I could not be more excited to share these wedding photos from Blithewold Mansion.  On a blustery day, (and I’m talking blow-you-over type wind) I had the privilege of photographing the wedding of Patrick and Lex- a beautiful couple with a passion for their photos and some really fun ideas for a “Rat Pack” theme.  We started at the vineyard with the girls which produced some AMAZING images with a very etheral quality by playing off mother nature’s built-in wind machine( thank God your hair was up -right Lex?!), while the guys started out at an Irish bar downtown, Celtica, for some pool-playing and behind -the- bar shots. Patrick and Lex, your creativity and energy really shines through in these photos.   You went above and beyond to create the “Rat Pack-esque”/”dolce-vita” vibe you were going for and your effort and involvement really lended to the glamorous feel of these images.  It felt more like a fashion shoot really, which is clearly right up my alley! Visually, it was so much fun for me playing with all the props, and your enthusiasm really allowed me to get the creative juices flowing and served as inspiration.  I think we were the perfect fit for each other, the collaboration of my fashion experience and your unique ideas really contributed to the the stylized level of the end result.  Ultimately it was just so much fun, I love  and appreciate that you were into the pics.   Lex- your smile lit up with the excitement and joy of the day and in these images truly radiates.
