Destination Wedding in Thailand: Tauri & Roscoe

I am so excited to share some photos with you today from the amazing elopement of the beautiful couple, Tauri and Roscoe, shot on the island of Koh-Samui at Eden Rock Villa, Thailand. Tauri and Roscoe are crew members of a yacht who fell in love and decided to elope while in Thailand, which I was lucky enough to be there to capture. This shoot had such a casual, fun feel and with the amazing setting it was so cool to experiment and incorporate elements from the environment well as traditional Thai wedding rituals such as ringing of the bell for good luck in their life together, traditional dress, and 3 white dots painted on their forehands, symbolizing a wedding blessing. I just loved shooting Tauri and Roscoe together, they are such an awesome, vibrant and dynamic couple who clearly enjoy every second of being together. Some of my faves include the scooter shot with “JUST MARRIED” written in Thai on the back and the infinity pool at Eden Rock and the big Buddha. But perhaps my favorite moment came at the end of the day when we all strolled down to the beach and shot around and then the couple ended with a splash, but jumping off the dock hand in hand.
